Alpine Nurseries Alstonville

Located on the beautiful Far North Coast of NSW, with its own pocket of rainforest, Alpine Nurseries Alstonville was declared open for business in early 2006. Over 30 acres of the 40 acre property has now been developed with all infrastructure in place and quality plants ranging in pot sizes from 100mm up to 100L being produced, and larger material planned for the future.

Alpine Nurseries Alstonville was established as a benchmark nursery to both produce stock for Alpine Nurseries Dural plus offer direct sales to other Wholesale and Retail Nurseries, the Landscaping trade and Government and Council bodies. Alstonville Manager, Bruce Wilson, who was previously the Production Manager at  Dural, has been responsible for development of the Alstonville site and is now supported by Karen Bono, who was based in Sales at Dural for 13 years and is now managing Sales and Dispatch at Alstonville.

From the  Alstonville site the staff of 24 are able to offer a broad range, and good quantities, of general plant lines almost all year round and pride themselves on prompt responses to enquires and quotations plus preparation and dispatch of orders both locally and interstate. Availability and Specials Lists are sent via weekly emails to customers who request to be part of the company’s client list or they can be faxed or emailed on request. Deliveries can be made to the local area, as far north as Brisbane, to Sydney and down to Victoria and South Australia.

Alpine Nurseries Alstonville is now recognized as an Accredited Nursery under the Nursery Industry Accreditation Scheme Australia (NIASA) and has attained EcoHort Certification, with all of its staff and Management committed to growing and selling plants that have been produced following industry ‘best practice’ using environmentally sound practices.
