Impact Grasses is a large production nursery specialising in growing ornamental grasses for a variety of different applications. Impact Grasses holds a licence to propagate and grow the complete range of Ozbreed grasses and Foliage First plants. The grass licence extends from virocells and virotubes to 140mm and 200mm pots.

Impact Grasses also grows a broad selection of native wetland and drought tolerant grasses and is skilled at growing local provenance grasses. Mother stock of many grasses is located onsite allowing efficient seed collection.

Impact Grasses broadened its range in 2012 to include core landscape lines.  A new shadehouse was built over winter which increases the 140mm growing capacity by an additional 52,000 plants.          

In 2012 Impact produced over 1,000,000 plants for the first time comprising; 490,000 viro tubes, 450,000 x 140mm, and 31,000 x 200mm.   

Impact Grasses also has a new dock area that can cope with constant semi-trailer traffic

The nursery is located on a 40 acre site in Loganholme, South East Queensland. It is centrally located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast which are both only 25 minutes away.
