PRODUCT PROFILES
This season there is a fabulous range of stock available and due to the mild winter we have had all our stock is looking great. We have an extensive range of evergreen and deciduous trees in a range of sizes and if you are looking for shrubs or grasses look no further. We now have wetland and species grasses available as well as the full range of Ozbreed grasses.
Fresh deciduous trees look great!
This years deciduous stock has arrived and been potted up. We are extremely happy with the quality of the plants and as a result we will have a fantastic range of quality trees later in the year. The interest in the ornamental pears continues to be strong with varieties like Pyrus Cleveland Select and Capital being popular due to their compact and column like growth habit which makes them ideally suited to residential gardens. Pyrus Nivalis or the snow pear always grabs people’s imagination with its soft silver grey new growth and single white flowers and the original Manchurian pear, Pyrus ussuriensis is still a favourite tree for many people.
Spring would not be the same without the abundant display of flowers from crab apples, Magnolias and ornamental plum trees. We have a good supply of these wonderful trees that as well as giving you a fantastic show of flowers are also great trees for residential spaces. Other trees that are useful for smaller gardens are the Acer palmatum or Japanese maple varieties and our range of Crepe myrtles are also very versatile.
If you are thinking of using any of our deciduous trees it is worth looking at our larger sizes. Many of the varieties that we grow are available in 75litre, 100litre and 200litre sizes and these bigger plants will help provide some impact and scale into your landscape.

Grasses for all occasions
Our new nursery in Queensland, Impact Grasses is doing a fantastic job at growing a wide range of grasses and grass like plants. We have many of these plants available in our Dural nursery and are stocking good numbers of them in our Trademart and in the paddocks.
The pick of the batches at the moment would be Dianella Little Jess, Dianella Breeze and Dianella Tasred. All have proved themselves to be great performers in a wide range of conditions and soil types. Lomandra Katie Belles and Lomandra Tropic Belle are also looking stunning and are both great plants with huge potential. Lomandra Tropic Belle is known to tolerate conditions of high humidity and heavier soils than Lomandra Tanika and if you have had problems with Tanika in these situations you should seriously consider using Tropic Belle as an alternative as its compact habit will give you a similar look but with greater reliability

Sneak peek at Vintage Red
This spring we will have our first big crop of Eucalyptus cladoclayx Vintage Red. This stunning dark red leaved eucalyptus is going to be popular and this year numbers will still be limited. It is a grafted plant that will reach at least 20 metres tall. The dark red foliage and near black stems will make this an interesting tree for designers and it is a tree that will also be popular with the cut foliage industry as well. We will have stock available in September in 300mm pots and 45ltr bags.
