Cultural Notes
Shara is a fine leafed Lomandra that tolerats damper conditions and higher humidity that most other forms but will still survive in reasonably dry conditions. It will tolerate frosts to -5c and will still keep its green colour at these temperatures. It has small yellow flowers that are held above the foliage .

Notes on Trialing
Shara is a good alternative to Lomandra Tanika in more humid areas and it is much more resistant to root attacking fungal diseases. It has been tested in Brisbane for 3 years and is currently being tested further north.
