Cultural Notes
This is an excellent plant for hedges , screening ,and topiary . It is very dense and will provide a complete block out to hide fences or buildings. It can be pruned to maintain a specific height or width and will tolerate coastal conditions and light frosts to -3c. The fluffy white flowers appear in summer and are followed by non toxic  deep mauve berries. Sublime will assist in increasing wildlife biodiversity due to its dense habit, flowers and fruit.
 Notes on Trialing
 Heavy shade increases the likelihood of sooty mould or scale insect attack which if left untreated can weaken the plant. To minimize the likelihood of this occurring plant in a sunny or lightly shaded position.
