Evergreen, dwarf, rounded, dense shrub. Pinky bronze-green new foliage matures to glossy green. Ideal for specimen plantings, low hedging, borders and topiary balls. Great substitute for Buxus and Syzygium Tiny Trev. Fluffy white flowers in Summer.

Soil Requirements:
|
- Prefers fertile well drained soil rich in organic matter.
- Will grow in sandy soils where organic matter and slow release fertiliser has been added.
- Avoid heavy clay or poorly drained positions.

Moisture Requirements:
|
Requires consistent moisture levels in soil or regular supplementary watering. Wilting and leaf drop is common if plant dries out.

Temperature Range:
|
Will tolerate light frosts (expect tip burn) and avoid areas where heavy frost is common.

Maintenance and Fertiliser Requirements:
|
Moderate: Prune lightly after flowering to maintain as dense hedge/screen. Fertilise with slow release fertiliser in late Winter and early Autumn.

Resistant to Psyllids but prone to infestation of scale and sooty mould where planted in heavy shade.
