Nexus - Norwest Business Park

Construction of “Nexus” commenced in October 2006 with the landscape works completed just prior to its opening in April 2008. Nexus is located in Norwest Business Park, Baulkham Hills, and is one of a number of properties Alpine has supplied in the Norwest precinct.

Grand Scale Formal Garden

Recently Rolling Stone were involved in the design and construction of a spectacular formal garden that incorporated a wide range of plants from very tall instant hedges to low formal hedges as well as many decorative flowering plants and foliage colours.

Green Walls and Roof Gardens

The offices of Fujitsu in the Melbourne Docklands area is one of Australia’s first 6 star rated sustainable buildings including a monoculture of Mondo grass as a green wall.

SAFELink Motorway QLD

Impact is the exclusive grass supplier with over 750,000 grass tubes using a mix of Ozbreed, common native and wetland species, all required within a twelve month timeframe. The road is still in operation and traffic diversion changes regularly, to grant access into different sections for completion of landscape works.

Prestige Residential Project

Positioned on the water, this striking, modern residence required a garden design that was equally stunning. Landscaping closest to the house was uncomplicated to not detract from the view.

Top Ryde Shopping Centre

The Top Ryde City Shopping Centre was completed in August 2010. Bovis Lend Lease project managed, designed and constructed this redevelopment. The project included the planting of a wide variety and plants and trees in various sizes. Alpine Nurseries provided many of the large trees for this project.

Castle Hill Street Upgrade

This aim of this project was to beautify a stretch of Old Northern Road running through the centre of the Castle Hill shopping precinct. Works included new paving, seating, lighting and a series of community spaces. Alpine Nurseries was awarded the pre-grow contract to supply mature trees, shrubs and groundcovers.

Moore Park Supa Centa

Moore Park Supa Centa began a $60 million refurbishment in 2009. The landscape contract was awarded to Bates Landscape and was landscape works were completed in June 2011.

Sydney Airport Refurbishment

Marsupial Landscape Management is responsible for landscape management and maintenance at Sydney Airport. In October 2012 Marsupial implemented a new planting and landscape 'refresh' project at the International Terminal. Future works include new plantings at the Domestic Terminal.
