Every December we recognise high achievers in each of our nursery locations. Alpine Nurseries employs a team of around 130 staff members. We value each and every team member for their contributions to the team effort and success that make up Alpine Nurseries.
The awards are as follows:
- The Knox Award is the greatest achievement relating to team effort;
- The Production Manager’s Award is chosen as the name implies;
- The Rookie of the Year Award recognises our newest recruit standouts.
- This year we also recognise Sales and Dispatch with a new award.
In selecting our award winners, Alpine looks for technical ability, ability to work effectively in a team, commitment to Alpine values and an overall assessment of effectiveness.
