Description
A short-caned, clumping form of Dianella with lovely blue-green, strappy, blade-like foliage. Delicate purple and yellow flowers, reaching up to 1m in height, are displayed from September to March. Tolerates humidity, cold, and both periodically wet and moderately dry conditions. Grows in full sun and part shade, suited to a wide variety of soils except for poor soils. Ideal for specimen or mass plantings in gardens, roadsides, golf courses, factories or bank stabilisation. When planting, ensure crown/base is not below soil/mulch levels.
