Pristine waterfront property
Project completed by Secret Gardens in 2013.
A dream home being built on the water in Sydney’s South, the brief was to design a garden that lived up to the picturesque setting.
The homeowner had a great eye for detail and was very involved with the design team at Secret Gardens to create the desired landscape.
The property changes level considerably and the structural elements were rich in detail. The same detail had to be incorporated into the plant selection and the team at Alpine assisted greatly with this.
The final product is a striking plant arrangement with hard contrast between foliage shapes and colours. This particular site had a lot of exposure to the elements so a careful choice of plants was paramount to its success.
