Modern architectural landscape
Project completed by Bell Landscapes in 2014.
This outstanding property in Vaucluse has stunning views of Sydney harbour, the bridge, opera house and city skyline.
The brief was to create a garden that would compliment this magnificent setting.
Yuccas were selected for their architectural appeal with an under-planting of Trachelospermum and Liriope. The structural form of the Yuccas creates a striking contrast against the crisp, white wall behind.
A major feature of this garden is the Frangipani. Imported from Queensland it makes an excellent centrepiece surrounded by shaped Buxus and Westringia.
The private side terrace features Fraxinus griffithii, which work perfectly in the large charcoal planters.
