Philodendron 'Xanadu'
Philodendron 'Xanadu'
Description
An impressive tropical foliage plant with a compact, tidy growth habit and large, deeply lobed, shiny dark green, tough leaves. Great for underplanting larger trees and palms, in drifts for a mass display, as container specimens or as individual features in Tropical gardens. Requires bright natural light and weekly watering as an indoor pot plant. In the landscape it grows in full sun to bright indirect light/semi shade in frost free positions. Very hardy but prefers well drained moist soils with added compost and regular watering in warmer months. Remove old foliage as required. Apply a long term slow release fertiliser yearly to garden specimens and feed house plants monthly with a liquid fertiliser.
